PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Diane began her career at a Wall Street law firm, which has since become part of DLA Piper, one of the nation’s largest law firms.
Following her time on Wall Street, Diane relocated to Telluride, Colorado, where she established a successful law firm that served clients for two decades. She is now based in the front range of Colorado.
Diane Wolfson’s real estate law expertise encompasses every facet of residential and commercial transactions. From real estate acquisitions, financing, and entitlements, to construction, management, leasing, and disposition.
Along with extensive real estate law experience, Diane is an expert in HOAs (community associations). She founded and ran an HOA management company for 12 years, and has been HOA counsel for many community associations. She has also reviewed HOA documents for countless more buyers throughout the years.
Diane is also an experienced business attorney who handles entity formation and financing, along with mergers and acquisitions. She has been general counsel to many companies, and has prepared and negotiated a broad range of commercial contracts, including service, partnership, licensing, franchise, employment, NDAs and non-competes, and real estate brokerage.
In addition to transactional work, Diane is an accomplished litigator. She has represented clients in complex commercial litigation involving breach of contract, patent infringement, computer hacking, defamation, indemnification, mandatory injunction, embezzlement, collections, evictions, lease disputes, easement disputes, construction defects, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.

Diane is trained in non-violent communication and mediation. For balance, she practices yoga and meditation. She is also an experienced improvisor, having completed Level 601. Outside of the office, Diane enjoys skiing, horses, hiking, singing, dancing, and painting.
