CONSTRUCTION LAW
The Bendelow and Wolfson has negotiated contracts, with architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and insurance companies. We have handled a variety of construction defect claims, from home owner’s associations, to individual homeowners to commercial properties. A common dispute is between the contractor and the owner, with the contractor asking to be paid and the owner claiming shoddy work. We have been on both sides (not in the same case). That leads to mechanics liens and foreclosure and counterclaims.
